目的了解信阳市娱乐场所女性性工作者艾滋病防治知识知晓水平、高危行为特征、艾滋病性病感染现状,为防治策略的制定提供依据。方法按信阳市浉河区涉性场所分布图建立抽样框架抽样,开展面对面的问卷调查、干预和采样监测。结果共调查405名娱乐场所女性服务人员,平均年龄为23.81岁,与性伴发生商业性行为时每次坚持使用安全套的比例仅为71.35%。共检出HIV阳性1人,阳性率0.25%,检出梅毒5例,阳率为1.23%。未检出丙肝感染者。结论信阳市娱乐场所女性性工作者对艾滋病防治相关知识的认识水平参差不齐,存在不安全行为,已经有艾滋病、梅毒的流行,加强对暗娼人群艾滋病防治知识的宣传教育和行为干预,控制艾滋病经性途径传播工作十分必要。
Objective To understand the level of HIV / AIDS awareness, risk behaviors and AIDS-related STD in female sex workers in entertainment venues in Xinyang City, so as to provide basis for prevention and control strategies. Methods Sampling frame sampling was established according to the distribution map of related places in Bahe District, Xinyang City. Face-to-face questionnaires, interventions and sample monitoring were conducted. Results A total of 405 female service workers in entertainment venues were surveyed. The average age was 23.81 years old. Only 71.35% of them consistently used condoms when they did business with their partners. A total of 1 were HIV positive, the positive rate of 0.25%, 5 cases of syphilis was detected, the positive rate was 1.23%. Hepatitis C infection was not detected. Conclusion Female sex workers in entertainment venues in Xinyang City have a mixed understanding of HIV / AIDS related knowledge. There are unsafe behaviors, AIDS, syphilis epidemic, publicity, education and behavior intervention on HIV / AIDS prevention and control among FSWs, AIDS control Sexually transmitted work is necessary.
