头孢噻肟在体内代谢成为去乙酰头孢噻肟,后者在血液和体液中可达一定水平,并具有相当的抗菌活性,因此在临床上有其重要性。例如静脉注射头孢噻肟(CTX)1g15-30分钟后,CTX的血浆峰浓度为50-100μg/ml,去乙酰头孢噻肟(dCTX)为10-30μg/ml。Reller曾报道静注CTX后血清杀菌活性常大于单一的头孢噻肟血清水平所具有的抗菌活性。另据报道CTX和dCTX对75%的受试菌株有体外协同抗菌作用。本文探论了CTX和dcTx单用和联用对金葡菌、克氏肺炎杆菌、大肠杆菌、沙雷氏菌和阴沟肠杆菌的标准菌株和临床分离菌株的体外抗菌协同作用。

In this paper, the in vitro antibacterial synergistic effects of CTX and dcTx against standard strains and clinical isolates of Staphylococcus aureus, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Escherichia coli, Serratia and Enterobacter cloacae were discussed.
