本实验观察了地塞米松对实验性哮喘豚鼠肺组织β受体、cAMP-PDE及cAMP的影响。结果:哮喘可使肺细胞膜β受体减少28.8%、肺组织cAMP下降39.5%、而cAMP-PDE活力上升34.5%;地塞米松可使哮喘动物β受体和cAMP明显升高、cAMP-PDE活力显著下降。可见,逆转哮喘肺组织β受体和cAMP-PDE的变化,提高cAMP值是激素治疗哮喘的重要机制之一。
This experiment observed the effect of dexamethasone on the β receptor, cAMP-PDE and cAMP in lung tissue of experimental asthmatic guinea pigs. Results: Asthma decreased the β -receptor in the lung membrane by 28.8%, cAMP-PDE decreased by 39.5%, and cAMP-PDE increased by 34.5%. Dexamethasone significantly increased β-adrenoceptor and cAMP, Decreased significantly. Can be seen reversing the changes of asthma lung β receptor and cAMP-PDE, cAMP value is one of the important mechanisms of hormonal treatment of asthma.
