去年二月,中宣部、国家计委、全总联合发出《关于在企业职工中进行基本国情与基本路线教育的通知》。经过8个月的实践,各地的“双基”教育已出现良好开端,收到初步成效,发展势头较好,为在二至三年内完成这项教育任务,打下了基础。目前的进展程度为:去年多数地方处于试点摸索阶段,多数企业准备今年全面铺开,至明年结束。为推动这项工作不断深入,中宣部于去年10月上旬在沈阳召开了企业“双基”教育座谈会(北方片),北方13个省、35个市(地)委宣传部的宣传处长,31个企业的党委书记、宣传部长参加了会议。南方片会议于去年11月底在柳州铁路局召开。
In February last year, the Central Propaganda Department, the State Development Planning Commission and the All-China Federation jointly issued the “Notice on Basic National Conditions and Basic Routes Education among Employees in the Enterprise.” After eight months of practice, “double-base” education has taken a good start in various places, with initial results and good momentum of development.
