Sox基因是一大类编码转录因子的发育相关基因家族,其编码超过20种Sox蛋白。近年研究发现Sox基因与Wnt/β-连环素信号通路关系密切,通过参与调节Wnt/β连环素信号通路活性,在生物发育和肿瘤发生等多种生命活动中发挥重要作用。本文总结近年国内外相关研究成果,综合分析Sox-Wnt相互作用及其对Wnt/β连环素信号通路的调节机制。
Sox genes are a family of developmental related genes that encode transcription factors that encode more than 20 Sox proteins. Recent studies have found that Sox gene is closely related to Wnt / β-catenin signaling pathway and plays an important role in various biological activities such as biological development and tumorigenesis by participating in the regulation of Wnt / β-catenin signaling pathway activity. This article summarizes the recent research results at home and abroad, comprehensive analysis of Sox-Wnt interaction and regulation of Wnt / β-catenin signaling pathway.
