作为劳动者利益的代表者、维护者 ,工会的政治参与是工会组织全面履行自身职能、突出维护职能的重要手段。工会的政治参与内容是围绕其职能多层面展开的。工会政治参与的渠道有纵、横、纵横交错三类渠道。工会政治参与的策略包括 ,集中于政治团体成员或其工作人员的所谓内部策略和通过政治动员、群众运动、舆论压力等所谓的外部策略。当前 ,工会应着重做好政治参与的基础理论研究、形成多层面参与机制、提供决策信息和三方协调机制等工作。
As representatives of laborers, the political participation of defenders and trade unions is an important means for trade unions to fully perform their functions and highlight their functions. The political participation of the trade unions revolves around the multi-faceted nature of their functions. The channels for trade union participation in politics are three types of channels: vertical, horizontal and vertical. Strategies for political participation in trade unions include so-called internal strategies that focus on the members of political groups or their staff members and on the so-called external tactics through political mobilization, mass movements and public pressure. At present, the trade unions should focus on the basic theoretical research on political participation, form a multi-layer participation mechanism, provide decision-making information and a tripartite coordination mechanism.
