目的研究流行性脑脊髓膜炎(流脑)抗体在产妇及其婴儿体内的变化情况。方法选取在广州市某妇幼保健院进行分娩的产妇及其新生儿作为研究对象,采用血清流行病学方法对产妇及新生儿、3月龄和6月龄的流脑抗体水平进行评价。结果共纳入239名产妇及分娩的婴儿241名。产妇在分娩前A群、C群流脑抗体几何平均浓度(GMC)分别为8.13μg/ml(95%CI:2.89~22.88)和1.37μg/ml(95%CI:0.62~3.05)。新生儿A群流脑抗体GMC为3.60μg/ml(95%CI:0.95~13.63),在3~6月龄时抗体水平在2.85~3.59μg/ml间波动;C群流脑抗体GMC为0.49μg/ml(95%CI:0.15~1.63),至6月龄时抗体水平持续升高5.49μg/ml(95%CI:2.04~14.75)。新生儿较其产妇A群、C群流脑抗体水平均有所下降。母婴A群、C群流脑抗体浓度均呈正相关。结论新生儿与6月龄婴儿的流脑抗体水平和抗体保护率处临界水平,应加强婴儿与儿童流脑疫苗的免疫接种。
Objective To study the changes of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis (meningitis) antibodies in mothers and their infants. Methods The mothers and their newborns who gave birth in a maternity and child care hospital in Guangzhou were selected as research objects. Serum epidemiological methods were used to evaluate the levels of meloblasts antibodies in maternal and newborn infants at 3 months and 6 months. Results A total of 239 maternal and 241 babies were delivered. The geometric mean concentrations (GMCs) of group A and group C before delivery were 8.13μg / ml (95% CI: 2.89-22.88) and 1.37μg / ml (95% CI: 0.62-3.05) respectively. Neonates A group of meningitis antibody GMC was 3.60μg / ml (95% CI: 0.95 ~ 13.63), at 3 to 6 months of age antibody levels fluctuated between 2.85 ~ 3.59μg / ml; Group C meningitis antibody GMC was 0.49 μg / ml (95% CI: 0.15-1.63). Antibody levels continued to increase by 5.49 μg / ml (95% CI: 2.04-14.75) at 6 months of age. Newborns than their maternal A group, C group mecca antibody levels decreased. Mother and child group A, group C meningococcal antibody concentrations were positively correlated. Conclusion The levels of IgA antibodies and antibody protection in newborns and 6-month-old infants are at a critical level. Immunization of infants and children should be strengthened.
