研究了MgO与烧结矿常温强度及冶金性能的关系,以及含硼及含镁物质同时加入烧结混合料时的交互作用。结果表明,MgO对烧结矿常温强度的影响随碱度的不同而不同。MgO的加入使烧结矿软熔性能、抗低温还原粉化性能改善,还原性变差。在烧结混合料中同时加入含硼及含镁物质时,MgO与B2O3 具有明显的交互作用规律,MgO与B2O3 相互弥补了各自对烧结矿质量的不利影响。
The relationship between the strength of MgO and the room temperature strength and metallurgical properties of sinter and the interaction between boron and magnesium containing materials during the sintering process were studied. The results show that the effect of MgO on the room temperature strength of sinter varies with different alkalinity. The addition of MgO improves the soft melting properties of sinter, low temperature reduction and pulverization performance, and reduces the reducibility. When adding boron and magnesium-containing materials into the sinter mixture, MgO and B2O3 have obvious interaction rules, and MgO and B2O3 mutually complement each other’s adverse effects on the quality of sinter.
