浮选厂生产用水的水质对选矿指标有一定的影响。本厂生产用水系坑内地下水,含钙离子36.97毫克/升,镁离子72.69毫克/升,德国硬度13.56。用该水进行浮选试验比普通软水在其它条件相同时,回收率低2.14％,这种水经过磁处理以后,小型试验回收率提高2.22％。工业生产回收率提高0.83％,精矿品位提高2.02％。
