对采用对接焊缝的螺旋焊接圆钢管及冷轧成型圆变方钢管进行了材料力学性能试验和短柱试验。测试表明 ,方钢管的角部和平板部的钢材力学性能都发生了变化 :强度提高 ,延性降低。其次 ,测试了钢管的焊接缺陷、方钢管管壁初始不直度等。最后 ,通过对方钢管短柱的试验 ,发现其承载力可以用现行规范计算。试验表明 ,随钢管一起经受冷加工的螺旋焊缝显示出良好的工作状态。
The mechanical properties test and short column test of the spiral welded round steel pipe and the cold rolled round steel pipe with butt weld were carried out. The tests show that the mechanical properties of the square steel tube at the corner and the flat part have changed: the strength increases, the ductility decreases. Second, the test of the steel welding defects, square steel tube wall initial straightness and so on. Finally, through the test of the other short steel pipe, it is found that the bearing capacity can be calculated by the current standard. Tests have shown that helical welds that undergo cold work with steel tubes show good working conditions.
