2007年3月16日,这本是一个极为普通而平凡的日子,但是这个日子对于未来中国房地产与当今立法史来说,是具有历史意义的一天。就在这一天,中华人民共和国第十届全国人民代表大会第五次会议高票通过了《中华人民共和国物权法》,并定于2007年10月1日起施行。这部历经了13年之久,在被反复酝酿和广泛讨论下,创造了中国立法史上单部法律草案审议次数最多的纪录。这对推进中国经济改革和建设法治国家具有重要意义,标志着社会主义市场经济进一步完善,为中国政治文明迈出了重要一步。近日,房地产业界多方人士热议《物权法》,对这部酝酿已久的大法表达自己的心情和理解。
This was an extremely ordinary and ordinary day on March 16, 2007, but this day is a historic day for the future Chinese real estate and the current legislative history. On this very day, the Fifth Plenary Session of the Tenth National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China approved the “Property Law of the People's Republic of China” with high votes and will come into force on October 1, 2007.
