刑事被害人是犯罪构成要素中的一个重要组成部分,在法律制度的构建中加大对刑事被害人权利的保护,修复被犯罪行为破坏的社会关系已成为世界各国的共识。目前,对被害人损害的修复主要通过两种途径:加害人赔偿和国家补偿。
Criminal Victims are an important part of criminal elements. In the construction of legal system, it is necessary to increase the protection of the rights of criminal victims and repair the social relations that have been damaged by criminal acts. It has become the consensus of all countries in the world. At present, there are mainly two ways to repair damage to victims: perpetrators and state compensation.
