Q我学历不低,是个硕士,在部委工作。我的苦恼在于觉得工作没劲,甚至有不想干、彻底歇歇的念头。我的工作是协调部领导和专家的关系,这让我很头疼,部领导对我不满意,还常会得罪专家。我的顶头女上司也老挑我的毛病,就连我写好一篇文章,也总会找出一些如字体大小不合适,排版不合理之类的问题。还有一个苦恼就是我的个人问题。我都三十多岁了,婚事却老没个着落。按说我学历高,工作体面,有房子,应该挺好找对象的。但最后女方都对我不满意,嫌我小气,没情趣。我该怎么办啊?
