目的分析影响军人心理健康的主要症状,为部队开展心理健康教育的规划和决策提供科学有效的依据,使部队的心理辅导工作更有针对性。方法对2014-09月前入伍的1300名现役军人心理测评数据应用分类回归树(classification and regression tree,CART)方法,运用R语言实现并建立军人心理健康评估分类回归树模型。结果焦虑和精神病性是影响军人心理健康的关键因子,所得模型能对军人心理健康状况进行正确分类。结论开展心理辅导和咨询工作时,应重点关注焦虑和精神病性方面的状况。
Objective To analyze the main symptoms that affect the mental health of military personnel and provide a scientific and effective basis for the planning and decision-making of mental health education in the armed forces so as to make the psychological counseling work of the armed forces more targeted. Methods The classification and regression tree (CART) method was applied to the psychometric data of 1300 active servicemen enrolled in the army from 2014 to September. The R language was used to establish and establish the regression model of military mental health assessment. Results Anxiety and psychosis were the key factors influencing the mental health of military personnel. The model obtained correctly classified the mental health status of military personnel. Conclusion Psychological counseling and counseling should focus on anxiety and psychosis.
