半自磨机和球磨机排料中的磨球碎片对下游加工设备产生很大的磨损。这些返回到磨矿回路中的磨球碎片会引起沉淀池、矿浆泵、水力旋流器和连接管道等的急剧磨损。磨球碎片除了增加能耗外对磨矿过程没有任何好处。将磁分离技术应用于除去磨矿回路中的循环磨矿介质碎片已有多年了。磁分离技术已经成功地用于半自磨机回路和球磨机回路。直接从磨矿机排矿中除去磨球碎片的滚筒去铁器已经研制和改进了多年。在磨矿回路中从球磨机排矿中去除磨矿介质的好处很多,已经报道的各种装置的优点有:1)泵和水力旋流器的使用寿命延长约250%;2)磨机的额定产量提高5%;3)磨矿机的额定能耗减少8%;4)磨矿效率提高10%。近年来也将磁分离技术用于处理半自磨机排矿。悬挂式电磁除铁器和滚筒式磁选机已经设计用来从粗的返回的筛上产品中“拣出”磨矿介质。另外,已研制出滚筒式磁选机用来去除流向矿浆池的细的筛下产物中的磨矿介质。
Semi-self-mill and ball mill ball mill debris in the downstream processing equipment have a lot of wear and tear. These fragments of grinding balls returned to the grinding circuit can cause drastic wear of settling tanks, slurry pumps, hydrocyclones, connecting pipes, and the like. Magnetic separation technology has been successfully used in semi-automatic mill circuit and ball mill circuit. Roller iron removals that remove abrasive ball fragments directly from the ore mills have been developed and improved over the years. The benefits of removing grinding media from ball mill discharges in the grinding circuit are many and many of the advantages of the various devices that have been reported are: 1) a life cycle increase of about 250% for pumps and hydrocyclones; 2) mill rating 5% increase in output; 3) 8% reduction in rated energy consumption of the mill; and 4) 10% increase in grinding efficiency. In recent years, magnetic separation technology will also be used to deal with semi-autogenous mill discharge. Suspended Electromagnetic Separators and Tumble Separators have been designed to “pick” grinding media out of rough returning oversize products. In addition, drum type magnetic separators have been developed for removing the grinding media from the fine undersize product flowing to the pulp pool.
