项目背景随着国民经济的快速增长、人民生活水平的不断提高,带动了房地产业的迅猛发展。房地产税收在地方税收总量中占据着越来越重要的地位。但是在房地产税收征管层面上,有相当数量的纳税人通过低报存量房成交价格或采取阴阳合同,少缴税款。荆州市地方税务局通过应用房地产评税系统,科学核定房地产交易计税,有效避免了以上问题。
Background of the Project With the rapid growth of the national economy and continuous improvement of living standards of the people, the rapid development of the real estate industry has been brought about. Real estate tax revenue in the total amount of local tax occupy an increasingly important position. However, in the level of real estate tax collection and management, a considerable number of taxpayers pay less tax by under-reporting the transaction price of housing stock or adopting the yin-yang contract. Jingzhou City Local Taxation Bureau through the application of real estate assessment system, scientifically approved real estate transactions tax, effectively avoiding the above problems.
