采用蓝光芯片涂敷黄色钇铝石榴石(Yttrium Aluminum Garnet,YAG)荧光粉封装制成白光LED,详细讨论了荧光粉的主波长对白光LED色坐标的影响,同时考察荧光粉涂敷浓度对光效、显色指数的影响。结果表明,随着荧光粉涂敷浓度的增加,制得的白光LED的色坐标x和y可以回归成1条直线,主波长越短的荧光粉其回归直线斜率越大,回归直线相交于蓝光芯片的色坐标点;白光LED的光效和显色指数均随荧光粉涂敷浓度的增加先增加再减少。
The white LED was fabricated by encapsulating yellow Yttrium Aluminum Garnet (YAG) phosphor with blue chip. The dominant wavelength of phosphor was discussed in detail. The influence of phosphor coating concentration on light Effect, color rendering index. The results show that the color coordinates x and y of the white LED can be regressed into a straight line with the increase of the phosphor coating concentration. The shorter the dominant wavelength, the larger the slope of the regression line and the regression line intersect with the blue light Chip color coordinate point; white LED luminous efficiency and color rendering index with the phosphor coating concentration increases first and then decrease.
