好的课堂学习环境能让孩子们养成好的学习习惯,好的学习习惯又能营造好的课堂学习环境,而有效的课堂管理能促进形成和谐的课堂环境,养成良好的学习习惯。笔者在数学课堂上尝试借助评价表通过建立课堂学习规则,开展有序评价,并且利用激励机制,设置奖惩规则,持续关注学生倾听、表达、练习、合作等课堂习惯,使评价系统化、过程化,从而达到有效的课堂管理。借由规则和评价,不断强化,有效实施,打造一把课堂管理的宝剑!
