全球化道路不是一帆风顺。中国企业在全球化过程中,必须充分认识不同国家之间在制度、文化等方面存在的差异并采取相应对策才能走向成功。日本企业早于中国企业30年左右走出国门,对如何适应文化差异的市场以及如何在这种氛围下经营等,已积累了丰富的经验。人性化矫正数字化管理不足美国企业十分重视数字管理,很多大中型企业的CEO普遍精通会计知识,他们往往是凭会计数字来对企业进行控制的。
The road to globalization is not easy.
