流行性感冒(简称流感)为一种人、禽、畜共患的病毒性急性传染病,它的发病率,所造成的总死亡人数及给个人和社会所带来的经济损失至今仍列各传染病之首。因此,我国政府已将流感列为十五规划重点防治传染病之列,禽流感被国际兽医局和我国农业部列为甲类监测传染病,同时禽流感还被国际上列为反生物恐怖内容之一。 流感病毒疫苗接种仍为当今预防流感的首选,任何预防流感药物仅是疫苗的补充,绝不能替代疫苗。今年由于当心SARS反弹等原因,我国市场上出现了历史上罕见的流感病毒疫苗脱销现象。同时由于我国流感疫苗接种以自愿和自费为原则,因此有必要将流感病毒灭活苗的情况做个介绍以供临床医生参考。
