目的建立HPLC法测定裸花紫珠片中木犀草素的方法。方法将裸花紫珠片用酸水解。采用HPLC法测定。色谱柱为Eurospher-100 C18(250 mm×4 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水-磷酸(50∶50∶0.2);柱温:室温;检测波长:350 nm;体积流量:1.0 mL/min;进样量:10μL。结果木犀草素在0.029 4~0.147μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 8。平均回收率为100.4%,RSD为1.92%(n=6)。结论本方法准确,重复性好,专属性高,可用于裸花紫珠片的定量控制。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of luteolin in nude flowers. Methods The nudibranch was hydrolyzed with acid. Determined by HPLC. The column was Eurospher-100 C18 (250 mm×4 mm, 5 μm); mobile phase: methanol-water-phosphoric acid (50:50:0.2); column temperature: room temperature; detection wavelength: 350 nm; Min; injection volume: 10 μL. Results There was a good linear relationship between luteolin and 0.029 4~0.147 μg peak area, r=0.999 8. The average recovery was 100.4% and the RSD was 1.92% (n=6). Conclusion The method is accurate, reproducible, and highly specific. It can be used for the quantitative control of naked flower purple beads.
