1978年12月召开的党的十一届三中全会,标志着我国进入改革开放新时期。改革开放是中国共产党在新的时代条件下带领人民进行的新的伟大革命,是对我们党和国家发展具有划时代意义的伟大事业隆重纪念改革开放30周年,是全面贯彻落实党的十七大精神的重要举措,是党和国家政治生活中的一件大事,也是上海市国资委系统今年的一项重点工作。为此,市国资委党委日前下发了《关于开展改革开放30周年纪念活动的通知》(沪国资党委[2008]84号)。现将此通知摘要发表。
The Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee held in December 1978 marked the beginning of our country’s entry into the new period of reform and opening up. The reform and opening up is a new great revolution the CPC leads the people under the new conditions of the times and a great undertaking of epoch-making significance for the development of our party and our country. In commemoration of the 30th anniversary of the reform and opening up, it is the spirit of the 17th CPC National Congress Is an important event in the political life of the party and the country and a major task of the SASAC system in Shanghai this year. To this end, the Municipal SASAC Party Committee recently issued a “Notice on the 30th anniversary of reform and opening up” (Shanghai State-owned Party Committee [2008] No. 84).
