副神经节瘤是一种起源于副神经节细胞的神经内分泌肿瘤,可发生于自颅底至盆腔任何有副神经节的区域,但发生于胰腺的副神经节瘤少见。南昌大学第一附属医院普外科收治胰腺副神经节瘤1例。现报告如下。1病历简介病人女性,42岁。因“反复上腹部胀痛3个月”于2014-9-10入院。查体:上腹部轻压痛,无其它阳性体征。既往无高血压、头痛及心悸病史。辅助检查:肝肾功能正常,空腹血糖7.4 mmol/L;血清肿瘤标记物:癌
