目的:研究不同月份采集的元宝枫叶中有效成分含量的动态变化和对脂肪酸合酶(FAS)的抑制作用。方法:采用分光光度法对不同月份元宝枫叶中的总多酚、黄酮、绿原酸的含量进行测定,测试提取物对FAS的抑制率。结果:各月份元宝枫叶提取物对FAS均有抑制作用,其中7月份元宝枫叶中多酚类物质含量较高,提取物对FAS的抑制作用相对较大。结论:元宝枫叶提取物对FAS的抑制作用与总多酚的含量呈正相关性,说明多酚类化合物是元宝枫叶抑制FAS活性的重要物质。
OBJECTIVE: To study the dynamic changes in the content of active ingredients and the inhibitory effect on fatty acid synthase (FAS) in the leaves collected from different ages. Methods: The contents of total polyphenols, flavonoids and chlorogenic acid in different months of indica maple leaf were determined by spectrophotometry. The inhibitory rate of extracts to FAS was tested. RESULTS: Extracts of Yuanbao Maple Leaf had inhibitory effects on FAS in each month. Among them, the content of polyphenols in Yuanbao Maple Leaf in July was relatively high, and the inhibitory effect of extract on FAS was relatively large. Conclusion: The inhibitory effect of Yuanbao Maple Leaf extract on FAS is positively correlated with the content of total polyphenols, indicating that polyphenolic compounds are the important substances for inhibiting FAS activity in Yuanbao Maple Leaf.
