这次到湖南、湖北,是按照中央的精神,深入实际,调查研究,听取同志们对全国档案事业发展的意见。这几年,我跑了二十几个省(区)、市,形成了这么一个印象,就是各级党委和政府对档案事业的发展是很重视的,解决了不少实际问题。档案事业发展较快,形势是好的。但在实际工作中有不少具体困难,做好档案工作并不是一件很容易的事情。同志们迎着困难为档案事业的发展付出
