高剂量大容积5-Fu腹腔给药后240分钟内腹腔液浓度是股静脉血浓度的288倍,门静脉血浓度是股静脉血浓度的13.8倍,肝静脉血浓度是股静脉血浓度的3.7倍,组织中肝浓度最高,胃、结肠次之,肺、肾最低。经腹腔化疗后的腹腔荷人结肠癌移植瘤裸鼠对照组全部产生腹腔移植瘤,5-Fu10和20mg/kg组均有2/5产生腹腔移植瘤,30mg/kg组无腹腔移植瘤产生。结果表明高剂量大容积5-Fu腹腔化疗有利于胃肠恶性肿瘤术后腹腔复发和肝转移的防治。
The intraperitoneal concentration was 288-fold higher than that of the femoral vein at 240 minutes after intraperitoneal administration of high-dose, large-volume, 5-Fu intraperitoneal injection. The transplanted human colon xenografts in abdominal cavity after intraperitoneal chemotherapy all produced abdominal transplanted tumors in the control group, with 2/5 in the 5-Fu10 and 20 mg / kg groups producing the transplanted abdominal tumor, while the 30 mg / kg group did not produce the abdominal transplanted tumor. The results showed that high-dose, large-volume 5-Fu intraperitoneal chemotherapy is beneficial to the prevention and treatment of postoperative abdominal recurrence and liver metastasis of gastrointestinal malignant tumor.
