内部控制制度是现阶段企业科学化管理的重要标志之一。随着宏观经济形势的发展和市场环境的变化,目前纺织企业经营和管理中暴露的问题也在逐渐增多。因此,为了应对当前严峻的市场竞争环境趋势,纺织企业加强内部控制在日常经营管理中的作用成为了提高其自身管理效益和经营收益的重要课题。本文立足纺织企业经营管理现状,针对内部控制管理对纺织企业经营管理活动的影响进行了初步的探讨。
The internal control system is one of the important symbols of the scientific management of enterprises at this stage. With the development of the macroeconomic situation and changes in the market environment, the problems exposed in the operation and management of textile enterprises are also gradually increasing. Therefore, in order to cope with the current harsh market competition environment trend, the role of textile enterprises in strengthening their internal control in day-to-day operation and management has become an important issue to improve their management efficiency and operating profit. Based on the current situation of the operation and management of textile enterprises, this paper makes a preliminary discussion on the impact of internal control management on the operation and management activities of textile enterprises.
