作者于2014年7月在美国约翰·霍普金斯医院做博士后研究,期间有幸在其急诊医学中心进行参观学习。作为一名多年从事科研、教学、临床医疗的医生,对这所全球顶级的医疗中心产生了浓厚的兴趣。作为全美最大的急诊医学中心,该中心拥有三个分中心,已形成一个巨大的急诊医疗体系。该中心不仅拥有全球最先进技术和设备、功能齐全和职责明确的科室结构,而且,该中心系统、严谨的医疗培训制度与体系让人耳目一新,其中具有创新、挑战、激励、共同成长机制的住院医师培训体系更是发人深思、催人奋进。有感于斯,遂将所见所闻、感悟心得撰写成文。虽作者力求尽全尽详,鉴于时间及篇幅所限,文中所涉内容仍乃管中窥豹、一孔之见,不免挂一漏万,望同道见谅,希望互励互勉,共同成长,促进我国急诊医学事业的发展。
The author was a postdoctoral fellow at the Johns Hopkins Hospitals in July 2014 in the United States, and was fortunate enough to study at his Emergency Medical Center. As a doctor who has been engaged in scientific research, teaching and clinical medicine for many years, he has drawn great interest in this world’s leading medical center. As the nation’s largest emergency medical center, the center has three sub-centers and has formed a huge emergency medical system. The center not only possesses the most advanced technology and equipment in the world, but also has a full-featured and well-defined department structure. Moreover, the center system and rigorous medical training system and system are refreshing. Although the author strives to make every effort to make the most of it, due to the limitation of time and space, the contents of this essay are still hidden in the eyes of many people.
