高××男27岁住院号12177。右眼结膜充血,视力逐渐下降2个月,于1986年6月30日来院就诊。视力右眼0.05,左眼1.5。右眼结膜混合性充血,角膜透明,前房较深,瞳孔变形,色素膜外翻;裂隙灯下见上方虹膜1--3点钟方位虹膜膨隆、变薄,部分萎缩。瞳孔上缘处,可见约6×7mm灰白色肿物,肿物将晶状体推向后方,相应部位晶状体半脱位。晶状体后囊呈砂锅底样混浊,伴有空泡。眼底窥不清。B型超声检查提示虹膜睫状体瘤。于1986年7月5日在局麻下将肿瘤与粘连的虹膜一并摘除。术中见与

The pupil of the upper edge, visible about 6 × 7mm gray-white mass, the tumor will push the lens back, the corresponding part of the subluxated lens. Posterior capsule was casserole-like opacity, accompanied by vacuoles. Peeping unclear. B-mode ultrasound revealed iridocycloma.
