目的 :分析介入技术诊治脑动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血的疗效。方法 :对 30例动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血行选择性全脑血管造影诊断并进行血管内微弹簧栓塞治疗。结果 :选择性全脑血管造影显示 ,前交通动脉瘤 12例 ,占 40 % ;后交通动脉瘤 10例 ,占 33% ;大脑中动脉瘤 4例 ,占 13 3% ;海绵窦内动脉瘤 2例 ,占6 6 % ;脉络膜后动脉瘤 2例 ,占 6 6 %。其中 2例脉络膜动脉瘤行手术摘除 ,2例前交通动脉瘤行瘤颈夹闭术 ,其余动脉瘤均行血管内微弹簧圈栓塞治疗。结论 :血管内治疗技术对明确动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血的病因诊断及治疗有满意的效果
Objective: To analyze the curative effect of interventional technique in diagnosis and treatment of cerebral aneurysm subarachnoid hemorrhage. Methods: Thirty patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage underwent selective whole cerebral angiography and were treated with intravascular microspestic embolization. Results: Selective whole cerebrovascular angiography showed that 12 cases of anterior communicating aneurysms accounted for 40%, 10 cases of posterior communicating aneurysms accounted for 33%, 4 cases of middle cerebral aneurysms accounted for 13.3%, 2 cases of cavernous sinus aneurysms Cases, accounting for 66%; 2 cases of choroidal aneurysm, accounting for 6 6%. 2 cases of choroidal aneurysm were surgically removed and 2 cases of anterior communicating artery aneurysm underwent neck clipping. The rest of the aneurysms were treated with intravascular microcoil embolization. Conclusion: The endovascular treatment has a satisfactory effect on the etiological diagnosis and treatment of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage
