通过参加中国农学会和中国农科院组织的华北旱地农业考察,对河北、山西、内蒙三个省(自治区)的部分旱农地区的农业生产状况有了一定的了解。经过考察,既看到了华北旱农地区与干旱作斗争,发展旱地农业的丰富经验,同时也看到华北旱农地区农业生产中存在的一些问题。本文根据考察所了解的情况,拟就华北旱农地区培肥地力,提高自然降水利用率的问题谈一点认识。
Through taking part in the investigation of the agriculture of North China dryland which is organized by Chinese Agricultural Association and Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, we can get some understanding of agricultural production in some dry farming areas of Hebei, Shanxi and Inner Mongolia provinces. After the inspection, we not only saw the rich experience of fighting drought and developing dry land agriculture in North China’s dry and agricultural regions, but also some problems in the agricultural production in the dry and farming regions of North China. This article based on the investigation of the situation, it is intended to North China arid and agrarian soil fertility and improve the utilization rate of natural precipitation to talk about a little understanding.
