笔者曾随一些政工干部到班组调查了解职工思想动态。针对部分职工提出的问题,政工干部做了一番细致的说理解释工作。岂料职工却说:“你说的道理我都懂,可是……”欲言又止。很多政工干部反映,类似现象很普遍。 职工向政工干部提问题,这本身就说明职工信任政工干部,愿意听“道理”,并非某些人以为的职工只讲“实惠”不讲“道理”。可是“你说的道理”为啥“我都懂”?笔者以为,关键是没有把问题中蕴含的“道理”讲新、讲实、讲透。所谓没有讲新,就是一些政
I have been with some political cadres to team survey understand the ideological trends. For some of the issues raised by workers, political cadres did a lot of careful explanation of the work. Unexpectedly, workers said: “You know the truth I know, but ... ...” Say something to stop. Many political cadres reflect similar phenomena are common.
