近15年来,脑血管循环障碍之病理机制已作重要的修改,并经统计学证实青年病例的发病率上升,且发现血管扩张剂对脑缺血区产生相反作用。因此,临床上应采用以重新恢复脑血流量(CBF)之自家调节和促进恢复神经组织之能量代谢的药物。长春花碱(alkaloids of Vinca)之衍生物Cavinton(EthylApovincaminate)经动物实验,临床使用,脑血管造影及脑血流量之测定确认有良好的治疗作用。作者自由选择脑血管病例34例以Cavinton治疗(1毫克/公斤)和109例以Xantinol Nicotinate治疗(30毫克/公斤)。溶于生理盐水,三小时滴完。且对前组10例及后组6例的血液及脑脊液进行详细的观
