落实厂长任期目标责任制,还应做好几项工作:1.各级领导要把实行厂长任期目标责任制做为改革的一项重要工作来抓。由于厂长任期目标责任制加重了厂长肩上的担子和责任,必然在一部分同志中产生这样那样的看法,顾虑,因而要作好思想认识工作,及时解决实施过程中出现的问题。
In order to implement the responsibility system for director’s term of office, several tasks should also be done: 1. The leaders at all levels should take the implementation of the responsibility system of factory director as an important task in the reform. Since the director’s responsibility system for the term of office increases the director’s burden and responsibility on his shoulders, he must inevitably have such views and concerns among some of his comrades. Therefore, he must do a good job of ideological understanding and timely solve problems that arise during the implementation.
