高效毛细管电泳(High Performance Capillary Electrophoresis HPCE)是近年来发展最快的分析方法之一。1987年Jorgenson和Lukacs首先提出在75μm内径毛细管柱内施加30_(Kv)电压进行分离,创立了现代毛细管电泳。1984年Terabe等建立了胶束毛细管电动力学色谱。1987年Hjerten建立了毛细管等电聚焦,Cohen和Karger提出了毛细管凝胶电泳。
High Performance Capillary Electrophoresis (HPCE) is one of the fastest growing analytical methods in recent years. In 1987, Jorgenson and Lukacs first proposed the application of a 30 kV voltage in a 75 μm id capillary column for separation, creating modern capillary electrophoresis. In 1984 Terabe et al established micellar capillary electrokinetic chromatography. In 1987, capillary isoelectric focusing was established by Hjerten, and capillary gel electrophoresis was proposed by Cohen and Karger.
