普通车床在机械的生产和加工中是最常见的设备,集电子、电气和自动化等技术为一体,是典型机电一体化产品;所以在工科高校的实训工厂中,普通车床的数量占了近50%。普通车床的性能优越、精度和效率都较高、同时其适应性也较强,但是容易发生故障。实际应用中必须注重保护,避免故障以及停机等造成的生产损失。本文针对高校实训工厂中的车床,进行常见的故障的分析,并给出了故障排除的主要方法,以对普通车床的合理.安全的使用、维护和检修具有一定的借鉴和参考意义。
Ordinary lathe is the most common equipment in the production and processing of machinery. It integrates the technologies of electronics, electric and automation and is a typical mechatronic product.
