前言热交换器在我厂已有多年的生产经验。以前都用手工胀接和用手电钻作动力来胀管,这二种方法都是用测量管子的胀后内径来控制胀接量。这种方法实际没有将管孔加工误差和管壁厚度公差考虑进去。为保证制造质量,在这次试制第一台钛冷凝器时我们决定用自动胀管机来胀管,自动胀管机能否胀好是否可靠?在施工工艺中胀管率选用多大?就必须通过试验来确定。
Preface Heat exchanger in our plant has many years of production experience.
