去年10月,党的十七届六中全会决定十八大将于今年下半年在北京召开。作为一个秘书工作者,我对落实全会精神、推动文化大发展大繁荣和各方面“喜迎十八大,争创新业绩”的活动都保持了高度关注。一次偶然的机会,再次回味中央领导同志今年“两会”答记者问时“难道几千年的文化恩泽就不能消除几十年的政治恩怨”这句话,“文化恩泽”的概念突然激发了灵感,似乎在我头脑中打开了这两个看似不相关领域之间的通道……
