如何既满足城市的空间拓展,又实现自身的功能提升和特色价值,是近郊小城镇在规划建设中必须应对的重要议题。本文以该议题为出发点,在分析近郊小城镇主要特点的基础上,研究了近郊小城镇面临的问题和挑战,探索了近郊小城镇总体规划的编制方法,包括现状调查、目标定位、产业发展、空间布局、城镇特色、实施措施等,并以连云港市浦南镇为例,介绍了规划编制和规划实施的情况,总结了规划经验并进行反思,为更好地编制近郊小城镇总体规划提供了一定的基础。
How to satisfy the expansion of urban space and realize its own function and characteristic value is an important issue that small towns in the suburbs must cope with in planning and construction. Based on the analysis of the main features of the small towns in the suburbs, this paper studies the problems and challenges faced by the small towns in the suburbs, and explores the methods of compiling the overall plans for the small towns in the suburbs, including the status quo investigation, the target orientation, the industrial development, Space layout, urban features, measures for implementation, etc. Taking Pulan Town of Lianyungang City as an example, this paper introduces the planning compilation and planning implementation, summarizes the planning experience and rethinks it, and provides some suggestions for the better preparation of the overall planning of small towns in the suburbs Foundation.
