中学阶段是青年学生人生观形成的重要阶段,如何激发他们的爱国主义感情,把他们培养成为有理想、有抱负、立志实现四化的有用人才,是学校思想政治教育的重要课题。去年下半年开始,我校着重进行了爱国主义教育。为什么要选择爱国主义教育作为学生思想政治教育的重点呢?主要是由学生的思想状况决定的。我校的绝大多数学生热爱党,热爱社会主义祖国,向往四化,刻苦学习。但也确有一些学生胸无大志,讲求“实惠”,怕苦畏难,意志脆弱,对社会主义缺乏坚定信念,对社会义主祖国缺乏深厚的感情。我们分析,这些学生所以存在这样的问题,有多种原因。十年浩劫,林彪、“四人帮”鼓吹民族虚无主义,把祖国几千年的文明史,中华民族的爱国主义传统全都丢掉了,学生不知道
The secondary school stage is an important stage for the development of young students’ outlook on life. How to inspire their patriotic feelings and train them to become useful talents with ideals, ambitions and aspirations to realize the four modernizations is an important issue in the school’s ideological and political education. In the second half of last year, our school focused on patriotic education. Why should we choose patriotism education as the focus of students’ ideological and political education? It is mainly determined by students’ ideological conditions. The vast majority of students in our school love the party, love the socialist motherland, yearn for four, and study assiduously. However, there are indeed some students who do not have great aspirations, emphasize “affordability,” fear of hardship, frustration, lack of a firm belief in socialism, and lack deep feelings for the socially responsible motherland. We analyze that these students have such problems for a variety of reasons. Ten years of catastrophes, Lin Biao and the “gang of four” advocated national nihilism. They lost thousands of years of history of civilization in the motherland and the patriotic tradition of the Chinese nation. Students did not know.
