据说老年人与中年人所患病症相同,医生是否需要对老年人疾病特殊注意还有争论。同样,老年人糖尿病也没有什么特殊性。因此,关于老年人糖尿病文献的相对缺乏是理所当然的。糖尿病的教课书,常将重点放在儿童和妊娠的特殊章节上,甚至有的在索引中也没有老年糖尿病的参考文献。 作者相信这些书中老年糖尿病章节的缺乏是被多数糖尿病学家所忽略,以及老年人群占的比例不均称—65岁以上者占总数人群的15%,75岁占6%所致。本文的目的是指出老年糖尿病处理上的困难,值得糖尿病专家们关注。
It is said that the elderly and middle-aged people suffer from the same illness, the doctor needs special attention to the disease of the elderly is still controversial. Similarly, the elderly are not particularly diabetic. Therefore, it is a matter of course that the relative lack of literature on diabetes in the elderly. Diabetes textbooks often focus on special sections of children and gestation, and some even have no references to senile diabetes in the index. The authors believe that the absence of older diabetics in these books is overlooked by most diabetologists and that the proportion of older adults is non-proportionate - over 15% of those over age 65 and 6% of those aged 75. The purpose of this article is to point out the difficulties associated with the management of diabetes in older people and deserve the attention of diabetes specialists.
