本实验比较了苯及甲苯亚急性中毒时的致突变作用。实验用平均体重250克雄性大白鼠44只,分成三组,第一组每天每公斤体重皮下注射1克苯油溶液,第二组注射同量甲苯油溶液,第三组作对照,注射橄榄油0.5毫升,连续注射十二天,同时注射预防剂量的青霉素10万单位。除观察实验前后的体重、外周血液和骨髓细胞改变外,于实验结束后次日处死动物,取22只作致突变作用研究(第1,3组各8只,第2组6只)。各组动物于断头术前75分钟按每克体重腹腔注射0.04%秋水仙
This experiment compared the benzene and toluene subacute poisoning mutagenic effect. Experimental average body weight of 250 grams of male rats 44, divided into three groups, the first group per day per kilogram of body weight 1 gram benzene solution, the second group injected with the same amount of toluene solution, the third group as a control, injection of olive oil 0.5 ml, continuous injection of twelve days, while injecting preventive doses of penicillin 100,000 units. In addition to observing body weight, peripheral blood and bone marrow cells before and after the experiment, animals were sacrificed on the next day after the experiment was completed, and 22 animals were selected for mutagenicity study (8 in each of Groups 1 and 3 and 6 in Group 2).
