目的识别某化工储运有限公司化工品码头及库区工程在生产过程中产生的职业病危害因素,分析其对劳动者的危害,对其采取的职业病危害防护措施效果进行评价。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、工程分析、职业病危害因素检测、检查表分析法等方法对该项目进行定量定性分析和评价。结果该建设项目在生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素有化学毒物(苯、甲苯、二甲苯、溶剂汽油、乙酸丁酯、氨、硫化氢、锰及其化合物)、噪声、高温、工频电磁场等。检测结果表明:化学毒物、工频电磁场的检测结果均符合国家卫生标准要求。检测噪声22个检测点,噪声强度为44.9~105.2 d B(A),有2个检测点的噪声强度超标;工作场所的综合温度(WBGT指数)范围为23.1~33.9℃,符合国家职业接触限值的要求。结论该项目属职业病危害严重的建设项目。综合各方面分析,在确保各类防护设施有效运行、保证生产设备正常运转的情况下,该项目在职业病危害控制方面是可行的。
OBJECTIVE To identify the hazards of occupational diseases in the chemical wharf and reservoir area of a Chemical Storage and Transportation Co., Ltd., to analyze its harm to laborers and to evaluate the effects of protective measures against occupational hazards. Methods The methods of occupational health field survey, engineering analysis, occupational hazards detection and checklist analysis were used to quantitatively analyze and evaluate the project. Results The occupational hazards in the construction project were chemical toxicants (benzene, toluene, xylene, solvent gasoline, butyl acetate, ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, manganese and their compounds), noise, high temperature, power frequency electromagnetic fields . Test results show that: chemical poisons, power frequency electromagnetic field test results are in line with national health standards. The detection noise 22 detection points, the noise intensity of 44.9 ~ 105.2 d B (A), there are two detection points of the noise intensity exceeds the standard; workplace integrated temperature (WBGT index) in the range of 23.1 ~ 33.9 ℃, in line with the national occupational exposure limits Value requirements. Conclusion This project is a serious construction project with serious occupational diseases. Comprehensive analysis of all aspects, in ensuring the effective operation of various types of protective equipment to ensure the normal operation of production equipment, the project is feasible in the control of occupational hazards.
