在改革开放的今天,妇幼保健工作面临着新的挑战,妇幼保健人才匮乏,特别是乡级卫生院(所).所以必须培养一支以预防为主,以保健为中心的医疗和保健相结合、个体和群体相结合、生物一心理一社会医学相结合的新型专业人才队伍,培养教学师资,才能适应于社会需求和充分发挥妇幼卫生在实现“2000年人人享有卫生保健”中起到重要作用.
