在新的一轮课改下,我校教育从重“教”向学生的重“学”转变,发展方向由重知识的传授向学生的全面发展转变,教师需要转变古老的“填鸭式”教学模式,营造一种轻松、活跃的教学气氛,构建以学生积极参与学习为基础的新型教学课堂。因此在新课程教学中教师必须摒弃教师“一言堂”的教学观念,建立师生平等关系,打造充满关爱、充满活力、充满吸引力和充满互助合作力的课堂气氛。
In the new round of curriculum reform, our school education has shifted from “teaching” to “heavy learning” of students, and the direction of development has shifted from the transmission of heavy knowledge to the overall development of students. Teachers need to change the ancient “ Cramming ”teaching mode to create a relaxed and active teaching atmosphere and construct a new type of teaching classroom based on the active participation of students in learning. Therefore, in the new curriculum teaching, teachers must abandon the teaching concept of “one word and one” and establish the equal relationship between teachers and students to create a classroom atmosphere full of love, full of vitality, full of attraction and mutual cooperation.
