行星轮系机构具有结构紧凑重量轻传递扭矩大的特点,行星齿轮传动可设计成多种结构形式,以得到各种特定的传动比和功率流。目前,行星齿轮传动广泛应用于汽车变速箱、分动箱、混合动力车的传动装置,其在汽车传动系的应用有不断增大的趋势。本文探讨了行星轮系减速机构和行星差速机构在汽车分动箱开发中的应用,分析了轴间差速器的差速特性和扭矩分配特性
Planetary gear train with a compact structure and light weight transmission torque characteristics, planetary gear drive can be designed into a variety of structures, in order to get a variety of specific transmission ratio and power flow. Currently, the planetary gear drive is widely used in gearboxes, transfer cases, hybrid transmission, and its application in the automotive transmission system has been increasing trend.
