目的研究标准化营养干预对老年代谢综合征(MS)血脂和体重指数(BMI)的影响。方法对年龄≥60岁的MS患者167例分为干预组(n=82)与对照组(n=85),MS采取2004年中华医学会糖尿病学分会推荐的标准进行诊断。干预组由医师开出营养处方,营养师通过互动平台,依据低血糖负载食物选择原则进行为期8周的标准化营养干预,观察两组患者BMI、血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)试验前后的变化。结果干预组试验后BMI和TG明显下降,与试验前和对照组试验后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);TC、HDL-C及LDL-C无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论标准化营养干预能有效降低老年MS患者BMI和血清TG水平,减少心脑血管疾病的危险风险。
Objective To investigate the effect of standardized nutrition intervention on lipid and body mass index (BMI) in elderly patients with metabolic syndrome (MS). Methods One hundred and sixty-seven patients with MS ≥60 years old were divided into intervention group (n = 82) and control group (n = 85). MS was diagnosed by the criteria recommended by 2004 Diabetes Society of Chinese Medical Association. In the intervention group, the physicians prescribe nutritional prescriptions. The dietitian interacted for 8 weeks with standardized nutrition intervention according to the principle of low-glycemic load food through interaction platform. The BMI, TC, TG of the two groups were observed. , High-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) before and after the test changes. Results The BMI and TG in the intervention group decreased significantly compared with those before the test and in the control group (P <0.01). There was no significant change in TC, HDL-C and LDL-C (P> 0.05). Conclusion Standardized nutrition intervention can effectively reduce BMI and serum TG levels in elderly MS patients and reduce the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
