采用自制旋转可调式床头牵引架治疗腰椎间盘突出症及下肢创伤骨折３６７例，总有效率达１００％。观察结果表明，旋转可调式床头牵引架具有前后、左右、上下三维调节功能，其展杆与滑轮装配了旋转轴，使其在３６０°范围内自由旋转，可满足超床宽度牵引、带角度牵引等多种特殊牵引的需要，为各种牵引提供最佳牵引轴线和发挥最大牵引效率，从而获得最佳的治疗效果
The use of self-made rotary adjustable head bed to treat lumbar disc herniation and lower limb trauma fractures in 367 cases, the total effective rate of 100%. The observation shows that the rotary adjustable bed head traction frame has front and rear, left and right, up and down three-dimensional adjustment functions, and the display rod and the pulley are equipped with a rotating shaft, so that they can freely rotate within 360°, which can satisfy the traction and angle of the ultra-bed width. The need for a variety of special tractions, such as traction, provides optimal traction axis for various tractions and maximizes traction efficiency for optimal treatment
