肝硬化失代偿期时常出现黄疸、腹水、肝性脑病、上消化道出血,且常出现不同程度的呼吸功能减退。本文作者通过对51例肝硬化失代偿期患者的肺功能测定,来探讨其对肝硬化失代偿期的临床意义。
Cirrhosis decompensation often appear jaundice, ascites, hepatic encephalopathy, upper gastrointestinal bleeding, and often varying degrees of respiratory dysfunction. The author of the 51 cases of decompensated liver cirrhosis in patients with pulmonary function tests to explore its clinical significance of decompensated liver cirrhosis.
