The formation of the Italian state economy earlier, its development can be divided into three different periods. The first period was the period of formation before the 1930s. During this period, due to the lack of domestic economic resources in Italy, coupled with the long-term repression and plunder of foreign nationalities, the primitive accumulation of capital was insufficient and the private capital of the war was naturally deficient and weak.
